Looking for a bloodthirsty WvW guild on EU

Hi, i'm looking for an very agressive WvW guild with no mercy 😉 
I play Elementalist (weaver/catalyst). I have all of the proffessions with ascended gear, but Ele is 99% most played one.

 

Things that i am looking for in a WvW guild is:

- Don't take breakes during raids  
- Enjoys most playing on Eternal Battlegrounds and hates red borderlands

- A guild with a leader with great understanding and of the game

- Hates standing around doing nothing
