Premium.4075 Posted November 4, 2022 Share Posted November 4, 2022 (edited) Hello, Posting this here as I'm out of options... 1st issue seems fixed now! the "About" page is still incorrectly linked. 1st issue, Twitch Drops are not working. - Clicking "About this Drop" links to: https://www.guildwars2.com/en/twitch-drops/ which 404's - Clicking "Connect" I get a JSON error: { "status": 500, "message": "internal server error" } - This even happens if I go onto https://account.arena.net/applications and click Connect, just straight up errors... 2nd issue, I can't login to the support section and the anon option has been removed... If I go to: - https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/en-us - I click "Sign In" - It takes me to https://account.arena.net/login - I login - I am on https://account.arena.net/overview - I click Support.. https://help.guildwars2.com/ - Says "Sign In" again... - I click "Submit a ticket" ... "To help us process your ticket faster, please log in to your ArenaNet account. Trouble Logging In" - Now I'm in a loop... Up to date chrome, tried Firefox, tried Edge, No luck...
