API Error: Account does not have game access

I get an API error when trying to add an API to both gw2efficiency and gw2crafts.  The error I get when adding an API to gw2efficiency is "Account does not have game access" [https://imgur.com/SodlOu9].  I have set all the permissions to allow.  Notably the account is only about a week old, was made on Steam, and owns all of the expansions.  I contacted support about this issue but they directed me here.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

I have been having the same problem for the last 3 days, with no avail. i have also had no access the "black lion trading company" and intermittent lag spikes... starting to lose my mind a little

I don't know what changed but I am able to use my APIs as normal now.  Best of luck @CyanideHigh.5260
