Renewed Justice Trait + Firebrand after patch seems to be useless

Took 2 mobs, killed them, no page were renewed ( funny is that it consumed 1 page but didn't renew 1, that's what i was expecting because of the new changes). F1 has 0 CD now because of the changes. So, what's up ?

Update:  Found something interesting. Idk if it's intended but it is weird

Renewed Justice renews the virtue of skill 1 after killing a mob ( the passive, saying that it burns every few attacks ) 
I know this because now we have red icons indicating that the passive of the tome is on CD on the boon bar, but as soon as you kill a mob your red icon indicating that the virtue passive is on cd disappears, meaning that the passive is active again and your attacks will burn every few attacks again. 


what's the point of Renewed Justice doing this if we have the new Quickfire that retains the passive of tome 1 no matter what you do.
These 2 traits are almost the same. Quickfire keeps the passive of tome 1 and the other refreshes the passive of tome 1 every kill. Giving that in pve you are constantly killing stuff, Renewed Justice becomes Quickfire in some way.

Renewed Justice affects the active part of virtues (buffs from other traits that you gain when activating virtues) it removes Dormant Justice.

So basically... it lets firebrands distribute a "justice" active proc to themselves and allies by pulling out a book again after a kill. It does nothing with the actual justice abilities, unlike with...every other kind of guardian. 

I guess it's the tradeoff for having access to the tomes? Still feelsbad.
