Twitch Prime stopped working

Ever since the twitch drops from the donation drive, my twitch codes have not worked. So I've missed the last 2 loot page things, and I never got the drops (and I wanted that ballon dang it). 

 

Anyway, I put the redemption in and it says that my account has already claimed the items. 

My account is connected as I've gotten items in the past.

Anything I can do?

I want this new cape!

Oop I figured it out, still didn't get the twitch drops though. What happened it was copying the same code on my browser.

The cape isn't a twitch drop, it's  a code you can get from prime gaming, so a working account-link between twitch and GW2 is not needed in this case.

For the problem with the twitch-drop, guess you have to send a ticket to the support.
