I am once again going to complain about alac tempest.

why put the alacrity at the end of the most interuptable skills in the game (take 4 seconds to cast without quickness) instead of pulse it throughout the overload? why force the alac tempest to need to take the overload stability trait?
why no other alacrity output? could put put it on warhorn fire 4? how about on other traits such as the always overlooked shout trait, or even on their own shout utility skills?
why is alacrity trait in direct competition with the one trait ele has that makes its healing OUTSIDE OF WATER ATTUNEMENT consistent? where is the core ele utility skill reworks to help ele bridge the MASSIVE utility gap that Firebrand and mechanist have over tempest?
