firebrand freezing

I have been playing a lot in WVW of late and have come up with a problem when fighting in a Zerg or Raids etc.

 

It seems that at times my Firebrand freezes and movement is restricted as if I am in a frozen state and movement is impossible therefore making my character stand still and easy target. My skill bars 6,7,8,9 and 0 show a red line underneath as if operating on its own.

 

I have tried porting back to keep to see if this corrects the problem but it does not. The only recourse I have found is to port to another Zone where it corrects itself and then try to port back to my original game to carry on. As you can appreciate this is not possible at times especially when you are in Gandara or EB.

 

If anyone has any ideas how to solve this would appreciate your views. By the way my computer is all uptodate in fact brand new with nvidia card 12 so Im scratching my head on what needs doing. Thanks for your patience and look forward to hearing from you.
