About shrines of Orr

Hello!  First things first I am a rng junkie, I like rare drops no matter their tp prices. I have been trying to get some rare drops from Orr shrines but defence never fails because of one or two people doing it for the legendary Zhaitan skins, I tried for many days now on Malchor's leap and Cursed Shore to inform people about how they work and that the rewards are the same but even better but the only way I can find them contested is on super late hours and some if not all require more than one person for the events to be successful. Is there any solution to my problem or should I ignore them completely without wasting any more hours?
