The guildbank, the guildstorage (banners, WvW stuff, ascended food, etc.) is shared across EU <-> NA. The only thing that does not work is members of NA and members of EU meeting each others characters in the guildhall. If someone is curious ... We recently ran a test with Guild Missions. You can even complete objectives on both sides. In our case we did a guild trek with NA and EU members together. Bounties work the same way.
