"Repurposed Drill Leveler" - Blacky Sycthe Animation from the Necromancer Staff Attacks at the wrong part

The Animation (Black Scythe) from the Necromancer staff weapon attacks 1-5 are in the middle of the staff and not at the end. I tested it on a female Asura and a female Charr.
