Elevated compassion interval is broken. edit: it's not but facets pulse on 3s interval and is weird for herald

Elevated compassion has 3s interval when under 6 upkeep and 1s interval when at or over the 6 upkeep which is contrary to the description and the lowered healing value in the latest patch.

 

edit: nevermind, it's just that you share boons on herald every 3s, this change is weird for the spec, should get the healing back to original value and interval to 3s or facets sharing boons every second
