No Cell service, can't get my 2fa, can't enter support ticket

I am on vacation for a few days, and I just wanted to play some GW2 at night.  

However, where i'm at, i have no cell signal, so I can't authenticate my 2fa.  Additionally, I am unable to log in to the website to disable my 2fa.  Even more additionally, I am unable to enter a support ticket due to needing to be logged in.  

What are my options to play some GW2???
