give ancient echo 5 seconds of alacrity and make it 1/4 cast time.

would be a nice thing to add to boost ONLY core rev. 

when needing energy 1/2 second is a lot. making it a 1/4 or even instant would be such a nice quality of life change, and core rev is way too weak to ever be an issue. 

if using it with dwarf stance, it's nice damage reduction, would be nice to have that be instant so you could react with it. just more engaging gameplay
