Sunqua Peak cursed?

Me and my friend group went into Sunqua Peak (24) after a long time of scared to try because it always bugs out.
This time instead of being bugged at the endboss, it bugged at the very first elemental.

I do not want to whine but, it has been 3 years.
I have managed to finish the fractal a few times but my friends haven't managed to do so yet and are feeling like not playing the fractal anymore at all.
This fractal is known as the cursed fractal/bug peak fractal between them.

I know the end boss bug is very well known, but has anyone else had the bug at the first elemental boss?
It bugs at the charged leap buff, where it doesn't go into the next phase after eliminating all red arrows.
