Add Rift Hunting to LFG.

There doesn't seem to be any point to this. The rifts are only available in a few maps per week, you just go to those maps and ppls are doing rifts. If ppls feel like it's worth it to advertise their group in lfg, they do so in the existing categories. No new category is needed, there are already too many . . .
