Huge FPS drops when using Necro Shroud in WvW since the last update

Whenever I am in group of people (especially when there are enemies around) and I press Shroud on my Harbinger, 
I lose around 30-40 fps. I drop from like 90 to 50. 

This was not happening before the 28. November. 

My PC specs: 

Win 10 - fresh install
CPU: 7700x
GPU: 3080
RAM: 32 GB 6200 mhz cl 30

I have settings where during zerg fights I have 70-90 fps, but as soon as I press shroud I lose 40.
Actually, I lose more when leaving the shroud.

EDIT: I just did additional testing. This FSP drop happens when using Reaper shroud too, but not with Specter shroud or any other class. 
So there must be something really wrong with the Necro shroud after the last patch.

Additional testing. FPS drop happens even in Open World when fighting World Bosses in big groups. 

The necro shroud animation drops my fps by 30-40.

I wish if there was I way to disable the animation, because this is unplayable 😞
