Silmar Alech.4305 Posted December 4, 2017 Share Posted December 4, 2017 The item Intact Mosaic acts as inscription/insignia replacement if you convert ascended gear to grieving stats in the mystic forge. Exotic gear with grieving stats could be obtained from the Primeval Steward in the Tomb of the Primeval Kings. It appears that it cannot be obtained with crafting.
