(solved) Combo fields like, Regeneration and remove condition not working at all.

turns out that if i do projectile finisher with mortar that has regen combo. It has to hit the enemy, and i have to stand inside the blast aoe.
I cant blast allies with combos to give them regen, unless it hits enemy and them same time. same with condition removal.

Playing as scrapper engineer and its basiacly one big well of combo fields, but no matter how much i do testing with various skills especially mortar kit, 
Ive never gotten remove condition or regeneration apply. Also because they do not work theyre overwriting other combo fields that do work.
