Thor.3267 Posted April 17 Share Posted April 17 (edited) The sword 3 cooldown is supposed to be 12 seconds now as per march 19th balance update. Quote Radiant Arc: Reduced the cooldown from 14 seconds to 12 seconds in PvE only. Increased the power coefficient from 1.8 to 2.5 in PvE only. It's currently 14 seconds. Please fix!
