Vindicator suggestion about recent patch 21 May

It is clear that they don't want urn to be spammed in competitive contents, okee but it needs then some change because it's realllyyyyy mehh atm.

So a suggestion to make it reliable at the same time.

Suggestion Urn Vindicator to solve urn problems/making it overall available support more: 

•Upkeep urn part:

- Remove the no incoming healing while urn upkeep is active.

- Urn upkeep healing will be only give outgoing healing. This is to not get lotsss of passive sustain only to be nerfed...

- 33% damage reduction on all damage stays while on for self sustain + increased self Mobility stays too.

-You should be able reapply upkeep Urn when denotate part is on cd.

•Denotate urn part:

Remove the health% amount required to put different lvls of urn denotate effectiveness.

- Let Urn denotate like currently if 25% Hp 15 seconds regen, 4 seconds protection, 4 seconds resistance boon. Without the 25% HP requirement ofcourse. So it has always a reliable effect

Add alacrity on this for pve and for WvW/PvP little bit vigor.

-Since it always goes to highest effectiveness useage now, give it in pve 5 second cd (with alac use it's slightly lower). PvP/WvW cd doesn't need change on it then.

 

Additional vindicator suggestions:

- heals 0,5-0,75 seconds cast time each instead of 1,25 seconds each...

- Alliance Tactics for PvP/WvW 5 seconds cd to switch in between. You can switch more to what you need from your entire alliance stance before switching to your other core stance.

Where to start? Alliance Stance is a mess in PvP. 

It has fundamentally two rather pathetic heals, 30s CD each and both can be interrupted nor do they heal a decent amount alone. That's why Urn was desperately needed to fill the gap in healing. With this nerf it just makes Vindicator even more vulnerable. What needs to happen is compensation, not compromise. You nerf Urn because it's a 2sCD heal spam? Fine, you can have that. In exchange, the two Vindicator heals or at least Selfless Spirit needs to be buffed and/or tweaked, functionally. 

My proposal is this: 

Selfish Spirit can remains as it is. It's still, in all essence, meant to be an aggressive skill used to heal in the thick of the fight. 

Selfless Spirit should go through just an initial cast time and then proceed to pulse its healing over the same period of time instead of channeling it. Then buff its healing so that it heals up to at least 4500 HP total at base value.
