Gorla.8627 Posted September 18, 2017 Share Posted September 18, 2017 There is a random, inconsistent bug with raid mastery unlock.From previous posts I could find on the old forum this can happen for Vale Guardian and Siege the Stronghold encounters.After killing the boss you may experience that you get all the loot and achievements, yet the mastery remains locked.You maybe tempted to write a ticket to support, but they can't help you (see below), instead report it in game."Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We do not have the tools to unlock masteries for any characters. The best way for this issue to investigated is to report the issue with an in-game bug report. Once you report it in game we will be able to investigate the issue further and find a solution for it. Please provide as much information as you can in your bug report to further expedite the process of investigating the issue."My advice that you should not be discouraged to try again.
