How do I find the NPCs for this quest? it doesnt say exactly where to look, only says Lowland Shore lol. Please help!

Ok, I found them. They are on Moon Camp, next to the North-West chain.

For everyone from Google, the collection start is at the Moon Camp, on the ledge to the north-west before you drop down. next to the chains.

Editing this post with my findings so far:

1.  Unlock the collection by speaking with the NPC sitting on the cliff edge North-west of the Moon Camp, just outside the walls (Field Archivist Cierle)
2. Speak with with Scout NPC's (Telescope icon) and ask about the meteor. Theres 4 by waypoints + 1 on a cliff northwest of Autumns Vale
3. Collect the unknown object (far northwest corner of the map

Lol, completely forgot that "Scout" is an actual NPC type in the game, thank you for compiling this!  Figured I'd have to talk to a bunch of random NPCs in the area until I found someone who knew something.
