Jade Tech Overcharge in the Homestead

Really loving the expansion and the homestead! There's one thing that would make the homestead even better for me personally, which would be allowing us to keep our Jade Tech Offensive and Defensive Overcharges when entering and leaving the homestead. If it's somehow necessary for them to not be functional inside instances, would it maybe be possible to just pause them instead of removing them? That would make my life in Tyria so much easier. (And yes, I know the overcharges aren't absolutely necessary for any content. I just like having them and think it's a shame if a useful game mechanic like this goes unused because it keeps getting removed by other parts of the game's content, making it too much of a hassle to reapply every time for players to even bother. The guild hall and the Mistlock Sanctuary fall into the same category of offenders here that keep removing the protocol effects.)
