Act mastery achievements are not very repeat friendly

I normally do the story achievements. I'm doing the ones for Janthir Wilds and there aren't a lot of purple portals to take. Doing the act 2 mastery, I noticed why: a lot of the achievements are done during open world story parts.

Not too happy with that. While I like the open world story parts, having achievements in them makes redoing those story parts a slog. If you didn't get something on the first time (e.g. you were in a rush, cause no time right now) you have to go through aaaaaaaaaaaaall the OW steps of the story part, to get to the one you need. Kinda defeats the purpose of the purple portals for achievement replaying.

Since there has been an increasing amount of OW story, maybe its time to invent some way to fast forward replaying for achievements.

And yes, I do realize most of the story achievements are super simple to get. Not the point here.
