Kitty.6219 Posted February 7, 2018 Share Posted February 7, 2018 Hello guys, I have found that there is a nasty bug after this patch, in the final charge of Mantra of Liberation, the Unhindered Delivery charges twice but can only be used one setting the whole mantra on cooldown. caruso.3418 Posted February 7, 2018 Share Posted February 7, 2018 Yes been like this since patch yesterday...after using it 2 times and you get another one recharged it consumes both, if you get all your 3 uses back it uses 2 when u only use it once. Lunacy Solacio.6514 Posted February 7, 2018 Share Posted February 7, 2018 It gets even weirder, though, and seems to be due to the charge times. The Unhindered Delivery shows a charge time of 15, and it's gaining a 2nd charge of that. When another 10 seconds passes, Portent gains it's charge, replacing the 2nd charge. If it shows Unhindered on the icon, it puts the skill on cooldown as expected.I could not get it to full count of 3 and use 2 charges at once.
