Scorched Earth misbehaving

Occasionally when I hit F1 for scorched earth, instead my warrior will leap to the target as though I had pressed sword 2 (and no actual scorched earth will execute). It's not consistent and I haven't yet figured out a pattern for it, but it happens roughly 25% of the time. Most annoying in wvw since it often results in death.

My other weapon is not a sword so there's no accidental weapon swap going on.
