Cairn's Celestial Dash Bugged During Deadeye Kneel

As the title says, during the Cairn raid fight, the Celestial Dash does not function while kneeled with Deadeye's rifle. While the ability activates and puts the player in the evasive state, they will not move as will simply stay stationary in that state for a time equal to how long it would take to dash maximum distance. I do not have video recording software, so I cannot attach a clip, but every time I've fought Cairn this has occurred, so the issue should be easy to replicate.
