Decreased might from 5 stacks to 3 stacks in PvP and WvW.Yes the tool-tip says 4 seconds.Is this intentional or have the patch-notes been changed?Edit: In my testing I thought it lasted 4 seconds, but it was really 3 because I had Leadership rune on.
