It is secured by e-mail authentication, but I'm not receiving any e-mails from ArenaNet. I also tried sending a password change request, but I'm not getting that e-mail either. I double checked if any rerouting or spam protection is active on my e-mail settings, and I also listed all ArenaNet e-mail addresses, but the issue remains. The support page doesn't seem to load properly as well, and I am unable to submit a request there. Need help! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
