xruin.6240 Posted April 1, 2018 Share Posted April 1, 2018 I've been trying for a week now to use the Gem to Gold Transfer in game. When I try it just gives me an internet connection error, when my internet connection is fine and I'm playing the game normally. I submitted a ticket and it's taken forever to be replied to. Some features have time-restrictions.You can also try clearing the GW2 cache; instructions found in the Knowledge Base accessed via the 'Support' link above/below and 'Search - Troubleshoot Trading Post'.Good luck.
