Crash - c0000417 and c0000005

Hi there, I took a long, long break from GW2 and have decided to check out the new expansions and am attempting to redownload the game. It easily downloaded all the way to the playable marker and then some, however, I'm at about 200,000 files left and it keeps crashing citing either of these 2 errors. Here is the full report it said just now.

iirc I had the exact same problem back in 2012 when I downloaded this game in the US with a computer that is not nearly as beefed up as this one. I am now downloading from Shanghai using a reliable VPN and it continues to crash. I've read the help articles, deleted the bin files, redownloaded the setup.exe file and restarted downloading but nothing has changed the fact that when it gets to around 200k files left it starts to crash. I will attempt to download it on another computer but I am quite skeptical at this point. If anyone could give me any suggestions that would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!

This is the cause of the crash: Module: ASProxy64.dllYou can use Google, or the Search Engine of choice to find solutions.

your vpn is what is causing the crash. maybe try turning it off to download the game, see what happens

Oh really? Ok thank you! I'll have to uninstall and reinstall once it is finished downloading. Hopefully, that is the issue.
