Customer Support Expectations

Dear Customer Support,

I read you guys are having some trouble getting to all the support tickets. Even with wait times being a week or two i dont mind as long as im handled accordingly when its my turn. However, I am inclined to make a post now because i am approaching 3 weeks of wait time with only the initial automated response in my inbox. After reading the sticky I assumed 2 weeks was on the high end and was trying to be patient. At this point i have to assume maybe it got lost or perhaps ive done something to hinder the process. Am i wrong or should I just keep waiting? How long is it acceptable to not have access to my account? Any help would be appreciated.
