This has been a problem for a month or so and I've sent 4 bug reports to Anet. There has been no response as of yet.Please help me with this problem so I can enjoy playing the game. Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted June 22, 2018 Share Posted June 22, 2018 As indicated on the Bug Report window, submitting in-game bug reports will garner no response.For an individualized response, you can contact the CS Team via the 'Support' link above/below and 'Submit a Ticket'.Whilst you await a reply, you can try a -repair of the client; instructions found in the Knowledge Base accessed via the same link and 'Search - Repair'.Good luck. nottsgman.8206 Posted June 22, 2018 Share Posted June 22, 2018 do you have Autoloot: Quick Interact enabled in the options and the Pact Commander core Tyria mastery completed?if you do, this could explain why you can't interact with boss chests. many of those chests automatically loot with that mastery and option, meaning as soon as they drop/spawn, the contents go into your bag.maybe it isn't that, but thought I'd throw it out there just in case :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
