Fractal - missing: Swampland Challenge Mote - Ad Infintium collection

We are trying to do the Ad Infinitum I: Finite Result collection with our friends, where you'd need to activate the challenge mote in the Swampland fractals tier 1-20:"Swampland Challenge Mote Activate the challenge mote, and complete the level 1-20 Swampland Fractal with an 80% reduction to healing. "

Apparently we cannot find the challenge mote. As far as we know, it should be close to the spawning point where we hop into fractals.

• We tried it in lvl 5 Swampland - as there is no other in the 1-20 tier.
• We tried it separatedly - everyone in different instance -- so we figured, that the fact that 2 of us already have done the collection years ago, wouldn't interfere with the mote appearing.
• We hid our pets - we've read somewhere, that mini pets might cause the mote not appearing.

So far it seems that this bug is blocking progress, we've already sent in bug report ingame weeks ago.
