[Revenant] Facets bugged at the start of pvp match

I've noticed that facets don't seem to work properly at the start of every pvp match. Upon activating the facets during the 10 second countdown, the facets last briefly for roughly 3 seconds. After that, the passives stop working until they are activated again. Another bug that happens quite often is that upon activating Facet of Chaos and then switching legendaries, the energy will continue to deplete instead of resetting. This makes the start of the game (which is absolutely crucial towards snowballing the match) a very frustrating and poor experience.
