Herald: Draconic Echo Trait - F o Strength and F o Elements Still Not Working!

Hey all,

I've bug reported and sent in a support ticket on the video, and the customer service rep recommended I also make a forum post about the issue and link my video proof, so here I am doing that :+1:

As you can clearly see, the "icon" for Facet of Strength / Elements will continue to display for 6 seconds on the effects bar, but the boons it should be providing are not generated, as shown by mousing over the specific boon (Might and Swiftness, respectively) that each Facet should continue to pulse for 6 seconds after being consumed.
