He doesn't remember his password so he can't log in and remove the mobile auth. He no longer has access to a smart device from which he could use the mobile authentication to generate a new code. He has already submitted an anonymous support ticket but I wanted to post on the forums to bring this to more eyes and give it more attention. This unfortunate incident is preventing him from enjoying the game and the new expansion with us.
