Did the Bottle of Simple Dressing recipe change? - NVM...figured it out

I'm trying to craft the Bottle of Simple Dressing, and using the guide here: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Bottle_of_Simple_Dressing, it says it requires 1 Jar of Vinegar, 1 Jar of Vegetable Oil, and 1  Pile of Salt and Pepper. However, when I try to combine them in my discovery window I get: "0 possible unknown recipes!".

Similarly, when trying this recipe: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Pile_of_Ascalonian_Herbs , in Discovery, when I click on parsley, thyme grays out, and vice-versa.

And then, I just bought the above items ( to make https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Bottle_of_Ascalonian_Dressing ) , rather than crafting them, but they won't combine. One or the other is grayed out when selecting the first.

And yes...Master Chef 400/400.

Has the recipe changed? Or am I missing something? What am I doing wrong?
