Applying the same conditions from the same skills has a wildly variable impact, sometimes breaking the bar in a single hit and sometimes having no appreciable effect. More often the latter. Tested with Tempest shouts Aftershock and Flash Freeze, applying the effects Immobilize, Cripple, and Chill. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
