Ogrescar.5017 Posted May 29, 2019 Share Posted May 29, 2019 I completed all of the requirements for the second part of this achievement, including part one (obviously), "Risen Research," "Pruning the Weed," and collection of the tattered journal. The final step is to talk to NPC Dahlia, but she will not respond. I've gone back and picked up pieces of the journal again and tried other characters etc., but nothing I do will allow me to complete this achievement.
