Chasind.3128 Posted October 3, 2017 Share Posted October 3, 2017 The Legendary Ellutherius Wintergust at the Palace of Aban in Desert Highlands will not spawn. I've been through the entire bounty board today and yesterday and the djinn has not spawned, thinking that it may have not even been a bounty and just a pop-up type, I waited 3 hours for any local events to arise in the area, which I completed and still no sign of this djinn.
