Cooldown reduction when picking up essence doesn't work with Firebrnad mantra's

Whenever you have the buff and you pick up another essence skills are supposed to get a CD reduction of 1.5 seconds. This doesn't work for Firebrand mantra's. Like it shows that the cooldown is reduced in the border of the skill icon, but actaully it doesn't reduce it. You can easily see this with the final charge. When you use the mantra twice, and you pick up an orb you'll see that once a charge has been recharged that the icon of the last charge of the firebrand mantra is still there but it shows that you have 2 charges left on the mantra. Then pressing mantra will make you cast the final charge (even tho its says that you have 2 charges left) and you will have to prepare the mantra again once it goes off cooldown.
