[Suggestion] A small rearrange to class profession skill bar

Hi all, I would like to suggest a small rearrange of the Scourge profession skill bar, make them inline with other classes, for example, a Chronomancer or Holosmith etc:

Alternatively, Maybe introduce a keybind system for each individual class or adjustable UI?

If I may, I seriously believe Anet should just allow us to rearrange our weapons skills same as our utilities and as we could in gw1. It would give no one an unfair advantage, but it would allow for greater efficency. As things stand my rotation on my war is totally different than my rotation on my ele. The skills arrangments could be kept locally, as they are in gw1, Where the my primary rotation is always a 4, 3 2; and yes Im a clicker, and have a small but reall R-L bias, but these little thing add up in fractals and other higher end content.
