However the image is to show there's been an issue with the Hop / Node from Level3 over in Paris, when trying to connect to the EU servers. The final one stating 100% packet loss is normal, as you cannot ping Amazon servers.This has been going on for months. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You can ask your ISP to talk to them, but...You might consider using a VPN that takes a different route to the GW2 servers whilst awaiting Level3 to fix their issue(s).Good luck.
