Do you lose guilds while transferring from NA to EU?

Hi,

I've been playing in NA for like 4-5 years now, but my ping isn't too good since I live in SEA. My cousin who used to play on NA no longer plays, but one of my guilds which I used to be a very active part of is still alive. Now I want to switch to EU but I still want to be a part of this guild(even if I can't join their instance, I still like chatting with them).

So is this possible or if I swap from NA to EU my guild will be gone?

It is. As you stated, you won't be able to play with them.
