Cold War Strike Mission chest bug

so there was this bug where you could loot the cold war strike mission chests multiple times after it was cleared when you kept the instance open and joined with alt accounts...

now if you finished the strike mission and left the instance by accident you cant loot the main chest and bonus chests at all...

bug is still an issue. i left instance after killing CW boss in a reflex and when rejoin the instance where you just killed the boss you cant open the chests anymore. why cant we have the same system as in the other strike mission where you get the chest content into your mail if you didnt open it inside the instance?

does no one ever leave the instance by accident without collecting the chests? i cant be the only one having a problem with that...
