Issue buying gems - Anet please respond to your support tickets quicker

There is literally no reason why I should receive an error buying gems. Someone who recently had the same issue found out its because they were gone a long time and then came back and tried but couldn't because Anet restricted their account to purchase gems for whatever receive, and they made a ticket to get it resolved. I made a ticket, but jesus christ lol I really don't want to wait days and days for you guys to respond and then have all these sales and everything else end. Like take my fucking money already and answer the ticket, kthx
