Unable to complete Seeds of Truth episode in Living World Season 2

I am currently on the Seeds of Truth episode of the Living World Season 2 at the point where you enter the third memory portal in the Far Silverwastes. I keep getting the following error when I enter the portal:

InstanceCreate failed. Error=1036; Product=9; Module=18; Line=624

I tried abandoning the episode and restarting but I still got the same error when I progressed back to that point. I have also waited about 24 hours to see if there is a server issue, but if there is it is persistent.

Doing a forum/Google search yielded a few results that sound the same as what I am seeing, but none that have occurred in the last year. Is anyone else experiencing this problem or have any pointers to get around it, or am I just stuck until this gets patched?

I am having the exact same issue, havn't found a workaround yet. Also encountered another player having the same problem. It happens when trying the start the No Refuge mission in chapter 7.

I sent in a ticket for this bug this morning with screenshots of the error codes as I was having the same issue. I received a quick response that the mission has temporarily been disengaged as they are working on a technical issue. They basically said it'll be back up when it's back up.

Thanks for the responses. At least they're aware of it and working on it. Guess I'll move on to the next mission for now and come back when it's working.
