Duybex.7296 Posted October 25, 2017 Share Posted October 25, 2017 did not see Anet address this bug, that is running since release, making mantras very annoying to use.The bug is, while your skill bar is not up (mounted, downed, special items that block skills, etc.) The mantras recharge, however, if the final charge is on, no matter if you get to 2 or 3 charges, the final charge skill will still be the one in the skill bar, and when activated, it will send mantra to cooldown, instead on just consuming one charge.
