Did Tyria pretty much get rid of Dragon trouble?

Zhaitan=dead for years, most of the Risen are just unchained, without higher champions they are not even that hostile anymore.
Mordremoth=dead, without the hivemind, it's safe to assume the minions simply lost their way. The Sylvari are free.
Kralkatorrik=dead, with Aurene to cleanse the branded. And even before that, the Forged had dealt with many of the branded.
Primordrus=went asleep, without the master, the destroyers will be easy to deal with like the end of EotN.
Jormag=the only trouble for now and its threat is mostly at the far North.
DSD=No influence in the surface world.

Also without Zhaitan and Kralkatorrik, the blocking are gone.

More or less, yes, as of the end of Season 4. Which is why quite a few people thought GW2 might end with S4.

    However, this statement:

without the master, the destroyers will be easy to deal with like the end of EotN.

Isn't very accurate, as shown with Jormag, a dragon's minions are still a threat even with the Elder Dragon asleep.

The reason why destroyers were easy to deal with at the end of EotN was because there was not active dragon champion. However, Primordus had been creating minions and champions for 200 years - and Jormag for 150 years. If icebrood remain an issue, then destroyers will remain an issue too. Especially if Primordus got enough power of the mind domain to be mentally active while asleep like Mordremoth was and Jormag is.

All these squares make a circle.

Jormag got Drakkar to increase its influence and Destroyers function differently.

We also see many of the minions are relied on the corrupted spirits' power.

Drakkar wasn't the only source of power management Jormag has, and while destroyers do function differently, that isn't relevant to the fact that in Eye of the North, Primordus was never awake - so long as destroyer champions are awake, there will be entities to manage the destroyer armies. And it's very unlikely that the only champions made in the 200 year time gap, were three crab-shaped, two ogre-shaped, two wyvern-shaped, and one mantis-shaped champions.

The icebrood also are not reliant on the Lost Spirits' power at all.

Drakkar+the three spirits. There aren't that many Icebrood if you minus the three spirits related minions. Especially if we minus Drakkar.

Primordrus being asleep surely will affect the destroyer's amount and threat, we also killed quite a few champions, including the one in the EoD novel. Sure it might still be a few champions, but the threat is nowhere close to Primordrus being awake.
